Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the shrimp, gently toss to coat.
  4. Transfer the shrimp onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast the shrimp in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes until pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from oven, cool for a couple of minutes, and serve warm with lemon wedges.
