Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, minced garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Pour the milk into the mixture and fold it in until soft and slightly sticky. Adjust the consistency with extra breadcrumbs or milk as needed.
  4. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into miniature loaves, about 4 inches long. Place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle the tops of each mini loaf with olive oil for a golden-brown color and enhanced flavor.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. If using mozzarella cheese, sprinkle it atop the meatloaves during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  8. Remove the meatloaves from the oven and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
