  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves Fresh garlic is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Can substitute with fresh thyme.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Adjust to taste.
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Freshly ground is best.
Steak
  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak Tender cuts are ideal for sautéing.

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by heating a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Melt the ghee and olive oil until shimmering.
  2. Add cubed Yukon Gold potatoes, seasoned with minced garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Increase heat and add remaining ghee. Sear seasoned sirloin steak bites for 2 minutes, then stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Return the crispy potatoes to the skillet, combine and adjust seasoning. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
