Ingredients

For the Bites
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt Full-fat yields a richer texture while low-fat may freeze harder.
  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter Choose a quality brand to avoid excess oil separation.
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup Adjust based on your sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Opt for pure extract for the best taste.
  • 1 Pinch of Sea Salt Balances sweetness and enhances flavors.
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips For extra flavor and indulgence.
  • 1/4 cup Melted Dark Chocolate Drizzle on top for a decadent finish.

Equipment

  • Medium Bowl
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Spatula
  • Tablespoon

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, add Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Make sure the parchment paper is flat and secure.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and let the bites freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container, with layers of parchment paper if stacking. Store in the freezer.
