Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, black beans, corn, jalapeño, red bell pepper, green onions, and fresh cilantro. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and ground cumin, tossing all the ingredients well until they are evenly distributed.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh lime juice, and chipotle sauce until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetable mixture, then gently toss everything together until the salad is thoroughly coated. Reserve some Fritos for topping.
