Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the quick oats, creamy peanut butter, honey, and mini chocolate chips. Mix until fully incorporated.

  3. Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and chill for approximately 20 minutes.
  4. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, roll the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
