For the Pinwheels
  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas Use gluten-free tortillas for a gluten-free version.
  • 1 cup Fresh Dill Can be swapped with parsley or chives for a different flavor.
  • 2 cups Cucumbers Select firm cucumbers with minimal seeds.

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula
  • knife
  • Plastic Wrap
  • cutting board

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by taking your cream cheese out of the refrigerator to soften for about 15 minutes. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with dry ranch seasoning. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Lay your flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. If desired, warm the tortillas for about 10 seconds in the microwave to make them easier to roll.
  3. Evenly spread the creamy filling across each tortilla, ensuring to reach all edges for maximum flavor.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped fresh dill over the cream cheese layer, then slice the cucumbers thinly and arrange them on top.
  5. Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape, securing the layers inside.
  6. Wrap each log tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. After chilling, unwrap and slice the rolls into 1-inch thick pinwheels, arranging them on a platter.
