Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and your chosen nut butter.
- Add honey or maple syrup to the mixture and stir well until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop the cookie dough onto the baking sheet, space each scoop 2 inches apart, and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
