Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and your chosen nut butter.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup to the mixture and stir well until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop the cookie dough onto the baking sheet, space each scoop 2 inches apart, and flatten slightly.

  7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
