  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil Do not replace with olive oil.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Essential for seasoning.
For Assembly
  • 10 Skewers Wooden skewers soaked for at least 30 minutes.

Method
 

Preparing Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Toss until each piece is evenly coated, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 400°F (200°C). Soak wooden skewers in water during this time.
  4. Once marinated, thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving gaps between pieces for even cooking.
  5. Place skewers on the preheated grill and grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning every 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. After grilling, let the skewers rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
