Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Fish: Place your fish fillet in a shallow steaming plate, skin-side down. Drizzle with toasted sesame oil and season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Prep the Aromatics: Julienne the ginger, carrots, and scallions. Slice the onion and mince the garlic and shallots.
