Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep Ingredients: Wash and chop vegetables and herbs. Cook shrimp in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then cool and drain. Soak rice vermicelli in hot water for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Soak Rice Paper: Fill a shallow dish with warm water and dip each rice paper wrapper for 5–7 seconds until pliable. Lay flat on a clean surface.
  3. Assemble Rolls: Layer 2-3 shrimp, softened vermicelli, and chopped veggies and herbs on the wrapper. Fold sides over filling and roll from bottom to top.
  4. Serve: Arrange on a platter and serve with dipping sauce in the center. Garnish with extra herbs.
