  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 cup Mango Diced.
For the Avocado Cups
  • 2 large Avocados Ripe, halved and pitted.

Preparation Steps
  1. Chop the fresh or thawed shrimp into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.

  3. Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp mixture, season with salt and pepper, and cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Half the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop out some flesh to create cups.
  5. After marinating, fold in diced mango gently.
