- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard (if using), Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped chives.
- Moisten your hands with water, then shape the crab mixture into golf ball-sized spheres and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle melted butter generously over each crab bomb.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauces.
