Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard (if using), Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped chives.
  3. Moisten your hands with water, then shape the crab mixture into golf ball-sized spheres and arrange on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle melted butter generously over each crab bomb.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauces.
