- In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, combine ¾ of the Ghirardelli white chocolate chips, Wilton red candy melts, and Wilton royal blue candy melts. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
- Take a Double Stuff Oreo and place it on a fork. Submerge it in the melted chocolate and gently lift it out. Tap the fork on the bowl's edge to remove excess chocolate.
- While the coating is still wet, sprinkle white nonpareils over the cookies or drizzle extra melted candy melts on top.
- Place each decorated Oreo on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for about 15 minutes, until the chocolate is firm.
- Repeat the dipping and decorating process with the remaining Oreos.
- Once all cookies are set and decorated, serve on a festive platter for your summer gatherings.
