Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by peeling your medium ripe bananas and slicing them into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  2. Take half of the banana slices and spread a layer of peanut butter on each. Top with remaining banana slices to form sandwiches.
  3. Place your banana sandwiches on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each banana sandwich into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off before returning them to the baking sheet.
