- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9" x 13" baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.

- In another bowl, whisk together sugar and flour, then add eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla.
