Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9" x 13" baking pan.

  3. Press the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes until edges are golden.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sugar and flour, then add eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes until set.
  6. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and optional dandelion petals before slicing into squares.
