Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Dandelion Tea: Collect fresh dandelion petals, only using the vibrant yellow parts. Boil 1 cup of water, then add the petals and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain the mixture to remove the petals.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, pour in the warm dandelion tea. Gradually add honey, stirring until fully dissolved.
  3. Add Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin into the warm tea mixture while whisking vigorously until completely dissolved.
  4. Mold the Gummies: Fill silicone gummy bear molds using a dropper, avoiding bubbles. Let sit undisturbed at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  5. Unmold & Store: Gently flex molds to pop out gummies. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
