  • Ice Cubes to keep the drink chilled

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Fine Mesh Sieve
  • Large pitcher

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by dicing 2 cups of fresh watermelon and slicing a medium cucumber. In a blender, combine these ingredients and blend on high for about 30 seconds until you achieve a smooth puree.
  2. Next, take a fine mesh sieve and set it over a large pitcher. Pour the blended mixture into the sieve, allowing the liquid to strain through for about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Once the puree is ready, add 1 cup of sparkling water and 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice to the pitcher. Stir gently for about 15 seconds until well combined.
  4. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes. Carefully pour the vibrant mixture over the ice, filling each glass just below the rim.
  5. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves right before serving to enhance aroma and presentation.
