Preparation
- Cut the halloumi cheese into fry-like sticks, each about 1.5 cm (1/2 inch) thick.
- Combine plain flour, paprika, and cumin on a large plate, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour enough olive oil into a frying pan to cover the base (about 1/4 inch) and heat over medium for 2-3 minutes.
- Fry half of the coated halloumi fries for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, flipping to fry the other side.
- Remove fries to a paper towel-lined plate and repeat with the remaining fries.
