Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet, pour in 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil and heat it over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Carefully add bite-sized cubes of halloumi and feta into the skillet. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  3. While frying, sprinkle with smoked paprika and freshly cracked black pepper for added flavor.
  4. Transfer the golden cheese cubes onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, honey, water, chili flakes, and optional orange zest. Simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Arrange cheese bites on a platter and create a small bowl for the cranberry dip in the center.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley, and if desired, sesame seeds or crushed pistachios for extra crunch.
