- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken filling onto one side of a warmed tortilla and roll tightly.
- Brush each rolled taquito with cooking spray or oil before placing on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, optionally switch to broil for the last 1-2 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly, serve with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
