Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange four oven-safe cereal bowls on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Place a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Heat until shimmering.
- Carefully add one flour tortilla to the skillet, frying it for about 30-45 seconds on each side.
- Use tongs to transfer the tortilla into one of the prepared bowls and shape it while preserving air bubbles.
- After shaping all tortillas, bake them in the preheated oven for about 9-10 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Once baked, let the bowls cool for a few minutes before filling with greens and toppings.
