  2. In a blender, combine the measured milk, frozen strawberries, yogurt (or tofu), and a splash of vanilla extract. Blend on high for about 30–45 seconds until creamy.
  3. Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed by adding more strawberries or a sweetener. Blend again for an additional 15–20 seconds.
  4. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve immediately, optionally garnishing with a fresh strawberry or mint.
