- Start by assembling all your ingredients: milk (or vanilla soy milk), frozen strawberries, vanilla yogurt (or silken tofu), and vanilla extract. Measure each component for a balanced blend.
- In a blender, combine the measured milk, frozen strawberries, yogurt (or tofu), and a splash of vanilla extract. Blend on high for about 30–45 seconds until creamy.
- Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed by adding more strawberries or a sweetener. Blend again for an additional 15–20 seconds.
