Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Salmon Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Gently add salmon to the skillet and cook until done. If canned, heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in cottage cheese. Allow to melt into a creamy sauce, about 2-3 minutes.
