  4. Add fresh sage and cook for an additional minute, enhancing the flavors.
  5. Incorporate grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
  8. Serve in bowls with additional parmesan and fresh sage for garnish.
