  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, about 8–10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream to skillet, simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened. Return chicken and spaghetti, mixing to coat in sauce.
  5. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over the mixture, cover, and let cook for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
