  • 1 can Canned Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce star ingredient
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce smoky or hickory variety
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard optional
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes if a little heat is desired
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix gently.
  3. Form the mixture into 1 to 1½ inch balls, making approximately 24 meatballs.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, combine all BBQ sauce ingredients and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
  6. Toss the baked meatballs in the warm BBQ sauce until coated.
  7. Skewer each meatball with toothpicks, garnish with parsley, and serve.
