  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes fire-roasted optional
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce crushed tomatoes can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Powder adjust according to heat preference
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt is a healthy alternative
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro parsley can be used
  • 1 medium Avocado use fresh

Preparation Steps
  1. Sauté the onions in a splash of olive oil for about 3 to 5 minutes until translucent.
  2. Brown the ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped chilies and mix in the undrained black beans, chickpeas, and kidney beans.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, stirring thoroughly.
  5. Sprinkle in the chili powder, mix well, and bring to a gentle simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
