  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko or crushed crackers are great alternatives!

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread a layer of mixed frozen vegetables into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  3. While the vegetables are baking, melt the cream of mushroom soup, butter, and Velveeta cheese in a medium saucepan over medium heat until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the sliced canned mushrooms and onion powder to the cheese sauce and mix well.
  5. Pour the creamy cheese sauce over the heated vegetables and distribute evenly.
  6. Sprinkle a layer of breadcrumbs over the mixture.
  7. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
