  • 2 tbsp Honey Maple syrup or agave can be used
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can be a substitute
  • 1 tsp Paprika Smoked paprika enhances flavor
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt Use less regular salt due to high salinity
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Can be omitted if not available
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic is a tasty alternative
Optional Toppings
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill For garnishing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine melted butter, lemon juice, honey, mustard, paprika, salt, cumin, and garlic powder in a bowl, whisking until smooth.
  3. Place the king salmon fillet skin-side down on the baking sheet and pat dry.
  4. Generously coat the salmon with the marinade using a brush or spoon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, and garnish with dill, parsley, and lemon wedges.
