- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it with butter or oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup of white sugar, 2 large eggs, and 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter until well combined.
- Add 2/3 cup of 2% milk, 1 package (99g) of Jell-O Butterscotch Pudding Mix, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the egg mixture. Stir gently until combined.
