  • 2 large Eggs Beaten for binding
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Season for added flavor
For Frying
  • 1 cup Cooking Oil Use high smoke point oils

  • 1 cup Dipping Sauces Choose blue cheese, ranch, or honey mustard

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and mozzarella cheese until coated.
  2. Scoop about two tablespoons of the mixture and shape it into a 3-inch stick.
  3. Prepare a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each stick in flour, then egg wash, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F.
  6. Fry sticks in batches for 2-4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease and serve with dipping sauces.
