  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze Homemade or store-bought

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, red onion, basil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle olive oil and mix. Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Transfer cooled pasta to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss gently, then add bruschetta mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad and garnish with cheese and additional basil. Serve immediately.
