Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the mixed salad greens thoroughly. Slice the strawberries and cucumber into bite-sized pieces, and segment the orange. Finely slice the red onion.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, orange juice, and lemon juice. Whisk in honey along with a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. In a large serving bowl, place the mixed salad greens at the bottom and add the sliced strawberries, orange segments, cucumber, and red onion on top.
  4. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad ingredients and gently toss until everything is coated.
