  • 1 cup Biscoff Cookies Crushed
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted
Filling
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Whipped
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce Plus more for topping
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped heavy cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add caramel sauce and sea salt, mixing until well combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.
