Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a bowl or resealable bag, combine olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, and onion powder. Add the steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 8 hours.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add olive oil when heated.
- Cook the marinated steak in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes after cooking.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil and cook the sliced bell peppers and onion for 3-4 minutes, then stir and cook for another 4-5 minutes until caramelized.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain into thin strips.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- On a warm tortilla, layer sautéed veggies followed by sliced steak and optional toppings. Serve immediately.
- Enjoy the assembled fajitas with everyone customizing their own!

Notes
Allow marination for richer flavors and serve warm tortillas for best texture.
