For the Beef
  • 1 pound Beef sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch for coating
For the Vegetables
  • 2 cups Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 bell pepper Red sliced
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 1 cup Snap peas trimmed
For the Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger fresh, grated

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
  2. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the vegetables and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet, add the sauce, and stir until combined.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Serve hot over a bed of rice or noodles.
