Cooking Steps
- Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss with sesame oil. Set aside.
- Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and browning sauce in a medium bowl. Set the sauce aside.
- Mix cornstarch with water in a small bowl to form a slurry. Set aside.
- Slice flank steak thinly against the grain. Combine with half of the soy sauce mixture and cornstarch slurry, then marinate briefly.
- Preheat wok, add sesame oil, and sear marinated beef for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok, stir-fry diced onions, garlic, and ginger for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the cooked spaghetti and toss together.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the beef, broccoli, and noodles, and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Return the beef to the wok, mix to combine and heat everything through for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
