Step-by-Step Instructions for Baked Shrimp and Broccoli Foil Packs
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with two squares of 14x14 inch aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Italian seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to blend evenly.
  3. In a larger bowl, add the shrimp and sprinkle the seasoning mix over. Toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Divide the shrimp between the foil squares and add broccoli florets. Top with butter and chicken broth, then sprinkle garlic on top.
  5. Fold the foil packets loosely to create a sealed bag. Bake for 15 minutes until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Carefully remove the packets, open to avoid steam burns, garnish with parsley and lemon juice before serving.
