For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Can replace with onion flakes or crispy onions.
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika Cayenne pepper or chipotle powder can be used as a substitute.
  • Salt and Black Pepper Add to taste.
For Garnish
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped Perfect for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with two 14x14 inch aluminum foil squares.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Italian seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Toss the raw shrimp in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated and set aside.
  4. Divide the seasoned shrimp between the foil squares, add the broccoli, top with butter and chicken broth, and sprinkle garlic.
  5. Fold and seal each foil packet, leaving space for steam, and place on the baking sheet to bake for about 15 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, let the packets rest for a minute, then unwrap and garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
