Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  3. Blend 1 cup of cottage cheese until smooth.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the blended cottage cheese, 4 eggs, ¼ cup of grated Parmesan, 2 tablespoons of chopped chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes until the top is golden and slightly puffed.
  7. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
