  • 2 whole Limes Halved for charring
  • 1 cup Red Onion Diced; green onion can be substituted
  • 1 whole Jalapeño Minced; adjust for spice tolerance
  • 1 cup Cilantro Chopped; parsley can be used instead
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Season as desired
For Serving
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips For dipping
  • 4 servings Grilled Meats For topping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 400°F.
  2. Char the halved limes cut-side down on the grill for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Scoop out ripe avocados into a bowl, mix with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Gently fold in the grilled corn, diced red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  5. Transfer the salsa to a serving bowl and garnish with charred lime halves.
